FOOTBALL player, coach – and now chief executive of the AFL coaches association, Danny Frawley, is selling a three hectare estate near Ballarat.

Danny, and wife Anita, are expecting $750,000 for their Warrenheip property at Mahers Road which includes a stable and horse yard and an underground automatic sprinkler system to maintain the landscaped gardens.

A mansion on the estate includes four bedrooms, three living rooms, a home theatre room, study and undercover entertainment area.

Hocking Stuart Ballarat’s Tony Douglas and Phil Hayward are marketing the country estate for private sale.
