SYDNEY-based developer Ashington will bring in a new partner to increase the financial backing of its Stonington Malvern project, on what was once the Deakin University Toorak campus, on Glenferrie Road.
 
An Ashington spokesman said it expects to appoint a development partner for the project next month, and start construction in stages from early next year.
