BROOKFIELD Multiplex has offloaded Queensland's Wilsonton Shopping Centre for about $36 million, on a yield of almost 7 per cent.
The shopping centre is expected to be revamped, under plans by its new owner, Brisbane-based private developer Kilcor Group.
Brookfield purchased the shopping centre in April 2006.
