Business Confidence up in June Quarter, National Australia Bank Survey Says

The latest National Australia Bank business confidence survey - a barometer which affects several property sectors - has reported a sharp increase in national business confidence for the June quarter.

The NAB business confidence index rose 20 per cent to -4, an improvement of the -24 reported in the March quarter.

The result is the highest level seen since the start of the global financial crisis and the collapse of US investment bank Lehman Brothers.
