A 20-person "corporate box" suite on the third floor of Sydney's ANZ Stadium has come onto the market for lease, at $155,000 per annum.

For the fee, leasees get access to about 50 events a year including the National Rugby League Grand Final, Bledisloe Cup, Twenty20 cricket and concerts.

The corporate box is available for either a one, three or five year lease. Underground car parking is included in the price, but catering is not.
