HOBART's Myer building, and the adjoining block of land that was once the city's Liverpool Street Myer store, have sold for $16.015 million.
The 4,000 square metre site includes a six-level office, leased to Myer, and the vacant block.
The Liverpool Street store was destroyed by fire in September 2007.
