Leda Holdings Pays ANZ $14 Million For Castle Hill Industrial Asset, Sydney
LEDA Holdings has paid $14 million for an industrial property in Sydney’s Castle Hill.
ANZ Specialist Asset Management offloaded the site in an off-market transaction. Based on the assets annual rental income, it sold on a yield of 7.1 per cent.
On Carrington Road, the site includes 13,825 square metres of office and warehouse space.
