COLLINS Street’s National Trust listed London & Lancashire Building sold after auction last Friday for for $7.5 million to a private investor.
The 1,927 square metre, seven-level freestanding office with roof-top terrace, is expected to undergo a renovation before being leased to the market as boutique offices.
