TENNIS ace turned reality TV show judge Mark Philippoussis has quietly sold his waterfront Williamstown townhouse.
 
The Scud put the Waters Edge home on the market in May, after admitting he wasn’t able to upkeep the repayments on the $1.3 million debt.
 
The unique property, which includes a five bedroom townhouse overlooking Port Phillip, and a self contained loft residence built over a double garage at the rear of the block, passed in at auction in July for $775,000.
