DEVELOPMENT and investment giant Goodman Group has snared Metcash as a major industrial tenant.Metcash will lease a new $129 million facility in Goodman’s Bungarribee Industrial Estate in Blacktown, in Sydney’s west.Metcash will consolidate from five Sydney locations to occupy the new 82,015 Blacktown facility.
