St Andrews Beach Golf Club and Adjoining Site For Sale, Again
MORNINGTON Pensinula’s St Andrews Beach Golf Course and Resort, which includes the opportunity to build another golf course and resort, will be put to auction after failing to sell during the economic downturn.
Up for grabs is the newly reopened Gunnamatta course, a temporary club house and 20 apartments.
A second part of the site includes a permit for another 18-hole golf course and club house, a 40-room hotel, a licensed commercial premises, and 100 apartments.
