NEW South Wales historic Tubbo Station estate in the Riverina region has sold for more than $40 million.
A nearby farmer, Les Douglas, is reported to have purchased the 28,000 hectare mixed use farming site near Darlington Point, offloaded by businessman Rodney Price.
Mr Douglas is seeking $15 million for another property he is selling, Kearbury.
